The Ninja Turtles emerged from the sewers of championship drought to claim their throne! They faced some extremely tough competition though, and narrowly advanced to the championship game by just 3 pins. The final game was full of tension and excitement, and No F In Strikes proved to be a worthy competitor, throwing down strikes and spares just when they needed them. The Ninja Turtles, however, would not go quietly- In their seventh Underdog Sports championship game, the Turtles finally pulled off the big win! They put their heads together and rallied when they had to, battling the opposition like they were Shredder himself. Congratulations, Ninja Turtles, on your well earned victory and presence among the great Underdog teams!
Jennifer fractured several bones in her right foot last week, but did that stop her from coming to Big Turkey Bowling- of course not! While wearing what her teammates called "the power boot," Jen bowled two high scoring games and even got a turkey! Her form was impressive, to say the least, and she never let her injury slow her down. Congrats on your rock star game, Jen, you were without at doubt the player of the week!
Veteran team Ninja Turtles, kicked off the league Wednesday night with an impressive display of skill and spirit. Eric Maino proved to be a clutch player for the Turtles, earning himself the highest game score of the league, in not one, but both games. This team is one to watch out for, Heroes in a half shell...Turtle Power!
