This weeks player of the week goes to Dawn Of "Split Happens". Dawn brought the noise on this Monday, after her league best being a 98, she stepped up and got after it. With a simple grip change, as she said, her first game of the night had nothing but spares and strikes! When the smoke cleared there was a very solid 166 on the screen. She did hit her personal best on this night, but she did that in the 5th frame, and kept on trucking. Great job Dawn, keep it up!
This weeks player of the week goes to Ben Davis of "Split Happens". While Ben did a solid job of knocking down pins throughout the night, it was his heroics at the end of the night, his "Last stand" that earned him the honors. With the 9 and 10 frames left to go in the second game, Ben put on his game face, with a tinge of anger focused on the pins. When the smoked cleared it was XXXX on the board, to get him a 146. Great job Ben!
This weeks player of the week goes to Melissa Obtera of the Indy team. Melissa decided to set the bar high and bowl some of her best games right at the get go. With a solid 111 in the first game she was able to follow it up with a great 131. Understanding there is no going backwards, she expects about a 200 average by the end of the season!! Great job Melissa! And goodluck!
