Batting Average just keeps getting better week after week. I have seen this team evolve from their initial season to now and their transformation has been incredible to say the least. They knocked off power house Junk Yard Dogs on Wednesday night and looked great in the process. Their batting has improved tremendously. Their base running is second to none and their defense has very few holes. I expect this team to go deep into the playoffs and challenge the more experienced teams for a championship. It's great to see what this team has become and it's fun watching you guys do your thing every week.
After a few seasons in the league under their belt, some new additions to the roster and through good old perseverance, Batting Average is a force to be reckoned with. Last night they showed that against power house Soft Balls, Hard Bats. They battled for eight hard innings not giving an inch. The game wound up a tie but a huge victory for Batting Average. They proved to themselves last night that they can run with the big dogs now and can more than hold their own. Led by Jamal's leadership and jedi-like skipper abilities, this team is peaking, strong, committed and will require that you bring your A game before you tangle with them. I have nick named them The Big Red Machine. Great game guys!!
