The championship game showed lots of reasons why these two teams were in the final match. It was a bit more tense then the "Thunder-dome" and the teams played hard. With lots of great kicks and defensive plays it was Panda+rice=championship. Panda jumped out early and Leny's couldn't get any momentum to try to make a move on there opponent. The final score was 10 to 3, and Panda went home with the "W"! Great job to both teams!
This weeks player of the week goes to Chad Markem of "Panda+Rice-Love". Chad played great in his two games at catcher, making lots of outs, and hustling after great bunts. He also kicked the ball well, and was speedy on the bases. But it was his work keeping his teams head up with positive input even at grim moments that earned him player of the week. No matter what happend good or bad he was positive with his team-mates and made the difference in the night with two very tough games to win the Championship! Great job Chad!
