This Thursday at First Baptist Church the Extrahoppers overcame the odds and won the Championship title. This season they had 7 wins and 2 losses, and went head to head tonight against on of the teams they initially were defeated by, except this time won. The dynamic of the team is amazing as they are co-workers and friends with great senses of humor and banter. Extrahoppers also has a great quality of being vocal and communicating well on the court, which sets them up for their strong defense and offense!
Extrahoppers entered the gym determined to win and did just that with their fast-cat like reflexes, killer serves, teamwork, energy, and endurancce. Throughout the games there were perfect examples of outstanding sportsmanship like conduct and play. Extrahoppers really presents the attitude and play of Underdog. Great season guys! Hope to see you on the court again soon!
Claire is an awesome player who is on the team Extrahoppers. Her team also won the championship title for Thursdays at First Baptist! Claire plays with great intensity and form. Her hits/serves are well placed and her passes high and on the 10 foot line. She is very vocal on the court and makes sure everyone knows they're doing well. Great Job throughout the season Claire!
Keith had great hassle and has been an essential player to the team. He makes sure that he is there to be flexible in any way and always pulls through for his teammates. Keith has shown nothing but hardwork and sportsmanship through all games!
