It was an outstanding night at Sun Villa. The energy was high and contagious; all teams seemed to have such spirit. One player took her luck to the next level! Sheleeza and her team seemed to have highs and lows from one frame to the next. At one point in the evening Sheleeza comes running up to me saying "I got three strike in a row; I mean real strikes not Sprykes." The Definition of a Spryke as Sheleeza informed me, is when a play has a gutter ball on the first roll and a strike on the second. She was Livin on a Spryke!
First night of Underdog Sports League brings out the best in each and every person that steps foot on to the smooth glossy bowling lanes. The hype is there, the nerves were high and the teams were ready to go. Courtney was the new player that brought her team together. She never once stopped encouraging her teammates on with enthusiasm that spilled over to her teammates.
