It was a stirring Championship Run for WITNESS as they captured their first championship. In the semi-finals, the squad barely got by Puget Sound Moose in a 40-36 victory. A late touchdown, followed by an epic Goal Line Stand made all the difference for the winners. In the finals against Indy 22, neither team could get a stop, but fortunately for WITNESS, their efficiency on conversions ended up making the difference in a 56-53 victory. Congrats to WITNESS!
It was a glorious Sunday Evening for Tony Flanagan and WITNESS. Tony led his team to their first ever League Championship, squeezing by Puget Sound Moose in the semi's, and edging past Indy #22 in the finals. Tony Flanagan led the way in the finals, catching two long touchdown passes, helping his team to a 56-53 victory.
