On occasion, sports offer a platform for an athlete to transcend the competition and the game played. Such was the case when Chao Lai of Believe in your Selfie put on a virtuoso performance. Routinely, Believe in your Selfie turned to Chao when they desperately needed a kill. Time and time again, Chao answered the call, hitting the ball viciously down the other side of the net. No one could dig his straight-down hits! For his standard of excellence, Chao is our player of the week. Congratulations!
Jesse subbed in this week for Believe In Your Selfie, and did a spectacular job all across the court. With fiery attacks, solid and consistent serves, and a happy attitude, Jesse proved to be a wonderful addition to the team. For helping his team crank up the heat, Jesse is our player of the week!
