Spring Gentlemen's Flag Football at Seattle Center Sundays

In two games on Sunday, Malicious made a statement, proving themselves to be worthy Champions. Led by Quarterback Reth Bon, star receiver Justin Gaston, along with USL's own version of Draymond Green (Roger Cave), the squad had plenty of ammunition to get themselves through the playoffs. In the semi-finals, they outscored @JAF 42-28. In the final, they breezed past Too Offensive 50-22. The first game was a back and forth affair until Malicious got a huge defensive stop on a close 4th down play, early in the second half. In the second game, the defense made set the tone early with a goal line stand and an end zone interception, helping Malicious jump out to a 22-0 lead that they used to keep Too Offensive at arm's length for the rest of the day. Congratulations to Malicious!

Reth Bon

Malicious

If you were to ask Reth Bon who the Player of the Game is following any of his big games, he'll always be quick to point to one of his teammates, but this week there's no ducking the honors. Reth led Malicious to the Spring League Championship by throwing 12 touchdowns over the course of two games, while keeping his team in control with an unstoppable passing attack. Congratulations to Reth and to Malicious!

Malicious

It was a premier match up in the game between Malicious and @JAF and the game was as good as anticipated. It was a close game throughout and Malicious needed someone to step up and replace the injured Justin Gaston. Roger Cave turned out to be the hero as he intercepted three passes and caught two touchdowns, leading Malicious to a 50-36 victory.
