Led by stellar QB play, the Wild Huskies are the champs of the Monday night Softcore division. Justin G led the way, throwing a combined 7 TD’s over 2 games in leading his team to the title. They won their first game 38-20, led by 2 huge pick 6’s by Sam H. The Miliman were already reeling after the first one, and the second was just a dagger to their hearts.
After having to sit a game to watch the other semifinal, Justin and his gang went right back to it, blowing out the Dark Knights in a great offensive and defensive effort. The Wild Huskies played tight games all season, and their hard work paid off with a league title.
Justin G earns this week's Player of the Week award for carrying his team on his back en route to a championship. Justin was on all night, throwing darts around the field and racking up TD's. 2 games in one night is nothing for Justin, who claimed after the game he could have played 2 more! See you guys out there for next season!
