The air was crisp, the temperature cold and not a thing was happening other than flag football! By-standers saw Nick play and stood in awe. They never knew that someone could intercept balls so many times then turn around and score touchdowns. Nick's defense sparked Uncle Rico to victory. Now the real story happened at Lucky 7 when he was seen.....(go to the sponsor bar and find out)
Under the bright lights of Juanita High School, in the final game of the evening, Dave Lake led his blind uncle Rico to victory against Avenue A. Dave led a dilapidated squad of only 6 men with consistently finding open spots in the larger defensive. Not only did he create most of Rico's points, he also came up with a diving sack with under 30 seconds left to get the ball back with his team down by one point. Blind Uncle Rico, eventually scored the winning TD and extra point, proving it's not the size of the dog, but how big his head is.
Playing hurt in the second half, Jordan had a great game. He passed for 5 TD's. This is why Jordan is our player of the week. Congrats jordan.
It was cold and raining hard. That didnt stop Cliff from scoring and makeing awesome catches. Because of his big heart and the ability to fight off the cold and wetness . Cliff lead his team to victory. Congrats Cliff on your player of the week honors.
