Rich and Jay's Love Children

In a tight game between the Love Children and the Crabby Swingers, Garner was the difference. While he and the Love Children took an big early lead, the Crabby Swingers slowly chipped away it, whittling down the 9 run lead to a 3 run lead moving into the bottom of the sixth inning. The Love Children looked like they'd be moving into the final frame with just the 3 run buffer, but with 2 outs and a couple of base runners, Garner stepped up to the plate. After taking a pitch, Garner bombed a shot into deep left field, bringing in 3 runs to just about put the game out of reach. His clutch HR and his black hole defense in left center sealed the game for the Love Children, starting the season off on a high note. Great job Garner!
