On a cold, dark, January night, Indy #1 was down to its last .24 seconds. Down 27-24, Corey Wiggins knew he would have to make it into the end zone. With a desperation heave from the quarterback into the endzone, Corey went up in the middle of 4 defenders and wrestled the ball away from them all to secure both the ball and the victory.
While Indy #1 was picked by the preseason publications to finish at or near the bottom of the league, Scott Geiger (a late free agent pickup) decided to prove the pundits wrong. Scott intercepted numerous Balls Deep passes, and could be seen running up and down the field for touchdowns, leading his team to a 45 -6 victory.
