Julie Jordan is this week's Top dog. She plays catcher for the Saints who is as quick as a lightning bolt. Teams have almost no chance of getting her out when she bunts because of her gazelle like running style.
There is something to be said about the pitcher when a team is held to just 3 runs. And this game was no exception. Luke just seemed to make the kickers either kick it right at a defender or strike them out. He also helped his own cause with some nice kicks that scored some runs. Way to pitch Luke!
Having a flare for the dramatic Chris put all his efforts into a dive that killed the late rally and put a punctuation on his all around good game.
Nothing could stop Cassie Young of the Saints on Tuesday, not even her soaking wet sweat pant- bell bottoms, from kicking Kickball butt! She was laying down some tight bunts and with her speed she may as well could have been standing on third by the time the pitcher grabbed the ball. W/the game close against the rough and tough Kicktease kickballers, Cassie got on base and managed to be kicked in for the winning run. Heck of a job out there, Cassie!!
