It was an epic championship game as Spurhawks outlasted Sacks and TDs 32-30. Early on Sacks and TDs were up 16-6 but the Spurhawks answered with 20 straight points to take a 10 point halftime lead. But Sacks and TDs wouldn't go quietly, keeping it close in the second half. Lauren Eagan led the way for the victors, getting the game winning interception return for a touchdown.
The call her Eagan of Boom and she proved worthy of her nickname on Thursday night in the championship game. Lauren Eagan had a pick-six that sealed her team's victory. On fourth down, Sacks and TDs were throwing for an apparent first down when Lauren stepped in front of the pass and returned it for the touchdown and the points that ultimately made the difference in the win.
