Late in the first half, the Swamp Donkeys were clinging to a 12-6 lead with a fourth down and forced gender play, deep in their own territory. Needing a big play, Amy Croft threw a long touchdown pass that changed the tempo of the game in put Yo Mama in a hole they were unable to climb out of.
After throwing a decisive touchdown pass late in the first half, Amy Croft was shaken up early in the second half when she suffered a bad cut to her lip. With only one other lady playing, the Swamp Donkeys needed Amy in order to have a chance to pull out the championship. After literally taping some gauze to her lip, Amy Returned to the game and made a few more big plays, leading the Swamp Donkeys to victory. The Statdog has seen alot of games, and according to the Statdog, this may have been the most gutsy performance in the storied history of Underdog Sports Leagues.
