In the championship game both teams came to the field with swagger and pose with stingy defenses and high octane offenses. West Cannon Coyotes and Tenacious D both showed great performances on the field and it was no wonder why these to teams were battling to be crowned as Champs. The sidelines were packed with subs as nobody missed the team bus for West Cannon and all 20 players made it to the game. With the final score ending 32 to 30, Tenacious D was able to score with just 8 seconds on the clock, and with solid play, and good time management eeked out a close victory against a very solid team. Great season to both squads, and I am sure both teams will meet again!
This weeks honors go to Tenacious D as Team of the Week for their perfect season. Tenacious D played 9 games this season and won them all against plenty of great opponents, but were able to close out the season as Champs. Great season Tenacious!
