In the final game of the season it was Chix and Stix that came out on top and left the field league champs. Chix and Stix got better and better as the season went on and by the time playoffs came around they were hitting on all cylinders. Chix and Stix jumped out early with a couple of scoring drives, and their defense was relentless and protected their early lead. Courtney came up big with some tough bobbling catches for TD's, while Kevin lead the defensive squad keeping the field on lock-down. James was also hot at the QB position and had a hand in everyone score. The final score ended 36 to 7, and Chix and Stix showcased their talent and are now league Champs! Great season Chix and Stix!
This weeks player of the week goes to Krista C. for her excellent play on Playoff night. Krista helped her team advance to the chipper with 2 TD's, one of them being a pick 6. Krista played solid "D", but it was her offensive performance that earned her player of the week with lots of great catches! Great games Krista!
This week we give Chix and Stix well deserved honors as the team of the week. Chix and Stix advanced in the playoffs with solid defense not giving up any points. The final score in this tight battle ended 12 to 0, and Chix and Stix's 2 TD's sealed the deal and sends them to the next level. Great job to the whole squad of Chix's and their team-mates for a great job on the defensive side of the ball!
