One of the strongest championship round performances in recent memory belongs to TBD. Arnold Torres and Ryan Campbell each had a strong set of games, along with Becky Johnson and Angela Pilskog combining for a 300.
TBD came out determined to take the title last night. On the other side of the bracket, Too Damn Lazy rolled a 707 to get into the finals, which would have shaken a team with less resolve. However, Arnold Torres and Ryan Campbell took this as a challenge and combined for nearly 400 pins in their championship win.
With a 170 followed by a 242 (205), Arnold Torres showed why bowling gets better after a few Red Hooks. Arnold had three turkeys and he made them count, leading TBD to a victory in week 2.
