The first rounds of the championship proved to be interesting as the #4 Too Dead On was matched up and beat first seed Poppycocks by a mere 10 pins.
Three Fingers Deep made a valiant effort against Pin Stalkers but to no avail. But what they lacked in bowling skills they made up for in spirit taking home the very coveted Spirit award. Congrats Three Fingers Deep for always bringing your A game and making me smile.
Pin Stalkers and Too Dead On went head to head in the Championship match. It was a close game with Too Dead On seemingly picking up everything in the first 4 frames but Pin Stalkers came from behind and clinched the Championship title. Spokespersons for the team attributed their victory to "mental toughness and beer" in what was "for sure a come back game".
Congrats Pin Stalkers on being Underdog Champions!!!
