The game of the day on Saturday was between Hodgepodge and Indy Pale Ales. There were five lead changes, and it came down to a missed two point conversion by Indy Pale Ales on the final play of the game. Player of the Game, and the week, goes to Jerome Virnich who caught the game winning touchdown, and came up with several other key catches, leading Hodgepodge's comeback.
Joe C. is this weeks player of the week for coming up big in very close game. With seconds on the clock, and his team down 6 Joe come up with the football on a 4th down pass. Indy's QB dropped back and threw a bullet into the endzone, and Joe made a great play on it making a very tough catch. Joe didn't stop there he also helped his team pull out a big victory in the days closest game with his PAT reception. The final score ended 19 to 18 and with Joe's sure hands he is this weeks player of the week! Great game Joe.
