Today was an awesome night for underdog volleyball! After an exciting three game semifinals match against Remix 36, the Twurtles immediately rallied to play another three game championship match! They upset the first ranked seed in a reverse sweet by playing together as a unit, showing how true underdogs play. Congrats Twurtles!
The Twurtles had to fight hard today as they clutched out back to back game three wins against their opponents. Michael played his heart out in both games and spread positivity while doing so. His sportsmanship and energy was a huge part of making tonight fun and successful!
Elson was all over the court with the best finesse! He had the most amazing turtle dives and puts all those Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to shame!
Great sportsman ship and energy. She helped encourage her teammates and had some good digs.
Phuong Tran is Player of the Week this week! Her overall great attitude and continued energy helped her team win both their double-headers. Along with some great saves, her solid defense carried I still like Twurtles to some Ws. Congrats Phuong!!
