In the first inning of the semi-final game Jared wanted to make the game it little difficult for the Slammers. He poked a grand slam to end the inning. They did not stop there though. The Usual Suspects only went scoreless in one inning when Cassie from the Slammers came in as a relief pitcher.
While the whole Suspects team had no problem hitting the ball Deb did exceptional. She went 5 for 5. On her 5th hit Swingers finally realized she was going directly over 2nd base. But she fooled them and sent the ball else where. Nikki was a strong runner up for POTW with 2 triples and just short of a third because the ball went out of play and was held up at 2nd base.
