Lisa S. is hands down the perfect choice for Player of the Week for her contributions her whole game, but especially at the end. Lisa helped her team with great catches, and even better passes at QB when there was a forced gender play. It was the end of her game where she shined. With under a minute in the game on 4th down Lisa went in at QB and came up with a drive saving first down pass well down field. She then came up big on a goal line pass where the refs marked her down, and the booth couldn't find any solid evidence to change the call so they had just seconds to try and punch it in. On the final play Lisa caught the game winning TD, and helped her team to a big win! Great game Lisa.
David D of the Beer Stains was impressive behind center. He made a game changing HUGE touchdown to help gain the victory over Hulk Smash. His stats weren't too shabby w/3 TDs including an awesome scramble for a rushing TD. Great job, David!
