The playoffs this season for the Juanita High School Co-ed league were competitive as usual. It all came down to the championship game this Sunday between the 1 and 2 seeds, Totems Alum and Primetime. In this close game every play mattered, but Primetime was able to take the lead for good thanks to the big catches of Caesar Torres. His contributions to Primetime's post-season have helped them earn their second league championship in three seasons. Congrats Primetime!
The player of the week for the Sunday Co-Ed league at Juanita High School comes from the leagues champions, Primetime. Receiver Cesar Torres was instrumental in their close victory this Sunday with several big catches, earning them a $50 gift card and bragging rights for another season!
It was Primetime indeed for Ric Mineard as he led his team to an impressive 44-6 victory. It was just another on the list of great accomplishments for Primetime, who now look to take another step towards the championship which will be decided in a few weeks.
Cesar was a defensive powerhouse with 3 INT's including one for a TD as Primetime put up a win on a sunny Sunday afternoon at Juanita. Nice work Cesar!
