It was a setting perhaps more appropriate for a high school football game in late fall. But under the lights of the Interbay golf course, on this cold late September evening, 40oz. to Par outlasted the competition in closing out the last Drinks on the Links for the year.
The theme was Bring Your Own, and Business Time was smartly dressed for a night on the town, John Daly's AA Support Group came dressed as their namesake, and Team Preferred came as pirates. 40oz's theme? Champions. In a playoff that came down to the literal last hole, 40oz squeaked out a 1 stroke victory over John Daly.
