You stick around till the end of the night at Seattle Center for moments like this. With the Griffith Gladiators up by one, Nice D decided to go for the 2-point conversion and the win. Unfortunately for them, Mike "the Sheriff" Stewart was in town, and decided - not in his house. He knocked down the potential game-winning pass to preserve a 26-25 victory for Griffith Gladiators. No pun intented, but Nice D Mike!
If there were a USL Fantasy Football league, Chad Olson would be ranked number one on everybody's draft board. Chad threw five touchdown passes on Sunday, leading Griffith Gladiators to victory. The 34-20 win came with virutally flawless execution of offense. The Gladiators look really good right now.
