Six Pins. That's What She Said won their semifinal game by exactly six pins over 10lb. Balls, setting what is surely a Underdog record for margin of victory. It lasted for about an hour.
In the other semi, longtime Underdog veterans Spare Ribs romped over newcomers Balls of Mass Destruction. Spare Ribs seemed set to crown themselves the new Eastside kings of bowling.
In the final, led by Dave and Jake, Spare Ribs looked to pull off the win. But behind the strength of Bryce's 182 and Adam's 191, TWSS squeaked out a 647-646 victory. That's right. One. Pin.
Congrats to That's What She Said!
We have had a very diverse group of bowlers here at Underdog. Black, White, short, tall. But never have we had an infant as a member of a team. Sure, the ball was bigger than him, and the ball only rolled about two feet before stopping dead in the middle of the lane, but hey-we got one early!
