Alan gave every part of his body on the field… literally. Sliding into second and suffering a minor injury and remaining strong to keep playing. He made many extra-effort plays and kept a smile on his face as well as played with a high level of sportsmanship!
The Puget Pounders took the field in style for both of their games today. They played with passion and grace. They gave each play their all seeing a few players take on a muscle pull due to all the effort. Even when faced with adversity (the other teams) they kept their cool and played with integrity. They were an ideal team to ump as they were friendly and offensive focused (a lot of first pitch swings brought good results)
