It was a storybook finish to the season for No Punts Allowed. After a slow start, Quan Nguyen took over at quarterback and rallied this team to greatness. As the season progressed, No Punts Allowed continued to improve, and as the playoffs approached, word had spread that this team was a true darkhorse. And in the playoffs, the team showed a lot of heart in both the semi-final and final rounds, coming from behind to win in both games. On a day of record rainfall, nothing could stop the reign of this Championship Team!
On a day of record rainfall, the reign of Quan Nquyen could not be stopped. Quan's excellent quarterback play in both the semi-final and final round is the primary reason why No Punts Allowed stood tall on Sunday and won their first championship.
This weeks honors go to the whole squad of No Punts Allowed. This team ran on all cylinders for their double-header, and found the goal-line numerous times. No Punts Allowed put up 108 points total in their 2 victories, and their defense kept the opponents at bay. With this offensive explosion, No Punts Allowed earns the honors as the Team of the Week!
