Over the course of the past two seasons, Shakers and Bakers have shown a rapid improvement and that improvement is starting to pay dividends. In their 27-19 victory on Saturday, Dwyane Huberty led the way by scoring two touchdowns, including the game winner. It was a huge win for Shakers and Bakers as they continue to make their playoff push for the Spring Season.
This week in the Gentleman's flag football league at Memorial Stadium on Saturdays the Player of the Week is Michael Winters of Shakers and Bakers. Mike played a very well rounded game on defense and at quarterback. He had 5 touchdown passes, 1 touchdown run and an interception, and led his team to their victory over Shawn Kemp's Kids 41-13. Good job Mike!
