On Sunday the Pex Santhers rolled to their first league title and they made it look rather easy. Ripping off 32 runs in a game is not uncommon but the way they did it was quite impressive. The bats got hot early and often and the defense had no holes whatsoever the entire game. This team is the real deal and it was a pleasure seeing them do work on Sunday and getting after it. From the get go they sent a 9 run message in the first inning and after that it was smooth sailing. Great game Pex Santhers and congratulations on your very first title.
Alex Legault of the team Pex Santhers wins player of the week. Alex threw a complete game with 2 strike outs (one looking) and had 2 HR to help lead his team to a 21-2 rout of the Handsome Companisons.
