In the closest game of the day between two great teams, our player of the week goes to Zahra Young of " The Rancheros". They played a great game agains the "Dirt Devils", who made them earn their win. It was a one run game the whole game, and both teams did nothing but improve as the innings dropped. Going into the 7th it was a 5 to 5 game, and with Zahra's play at second base not letting anything get past her, and success on the bases, she helped her team win the game by one run. Great job to Zahra, as well as both teams in this game for playing so well!!
