Ahh, the playoffs. Nothing quite like it, especially at Memorial Stadium. The time where the best players raise to the top and help their team excel toward the promise land. In the closest game of the day, Darwit K helped his team do just that, catching the GW TD pass with less than 10 seconds left to lead End Zone Diddlers to a 22-19 victory and advance to the semifinals. Congrats Darwit and team!
Shaking off the rust from the offseason takes a few teams weeks. But for Darwit and the End Zone Diddlers, they had to be ready for opening day as they had a doubleheader. In both games, Darwit showed he was prepared for the season by picking off an enormous total of five passes over both games. None of his interceptions came up bigger than his third pick in game two, which thwarted a last-minute drive to preserve the tie for his squad. Fantastic play out there Darwit!
