Impressive displays of kicking and fielding throughout the day proved to be the deciding factor for Kick Tease to hoist the championship over their heads. Katy Gowey and company started the day off explosively, shutting out the iBallers 23-0, with Gowey adding two doubles and terrific defense. Shortly after, Kick Tease had to brace themselves for the Cobalt Blue Ballers, who were awaiting them in the finals after their win last week. However, Kick Tease showed no signs of intimidation, jumping out early with the lead and never relinquishing behind performances like that of Chelsea Carbary, who had two big hits and great defense yet again. Between the big rallies and the raw competitive nature of Kick Tease, Cobalt Blue Ballers was unable to surmount their opponents lead, moving Kick Tease into the Winner's Circle with a final score of 8-2. Way to go Kick Tease!
