Late Summer Midcore Beach Volleyball at Golden Gardens Tuesdays

They don't call themselves Ninjas for nothing. Erik Reid, of Net Ninjas the Sequel earns this weeks Player of the Week for his incredible ninja moves that had him digging up anything that came his way. Every time you turned around he was back in the sand digging up a serve or a hit. Great work this week Erik!

The 5th grade apes show up every week with their yellow tank tops and sweatbands ready to take on any opponent. This week they were able to take the win in all three games and player "totem pole" earned her place as player of the week with her great hustle to tips, calling in and out and the best part was she showed up on time! Great work and keep it up!

When playing sports injuries are always a concern and worry amongst players and commitment to the team but this is not the case for Jonathan from A team who came to play this week with a brand new roll of duct tape and gauze to cover his aching blisters. A normal player would be ok with bandages but Jonathan needed something better. Duct tape! and the tape job worked Jonathan and the A team were moving better than ever and nothing would hold them back. Great commitment and good work this week!
