Winter Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Sundays

On Championship Sunday, John Boze played like a man possessed, leading Morally Ambiguous At Best to a 36-32 victory over the End Zone Diddlers. John filled the stat sheet on both sides of the ball, catching 12 passes on offense, and recording 12 tackles on defense.

In a back and forth contest, Frands outlasted Indy FF#1 45-30. Leading the way for Frands was Michael Stead. To summarize, he played like Rob Gronkowski on a great day. Michael caught 3 TD passes, all on jump balls, and was virtually unstoppable all afternoon. Congrats to Stead and to Frands!

While the score says otherwise, the game between Flags to Riches and Backyard Football was a close contest most of the way. But ultimately, it was Katie Bowler that made the difference. Katie caught two long touchdown passes on third downs, that could have turned the game the other way if they were not completed. Congrats to Katie and to Flags to Riches.

In yet another stellar championship game performance, Reth Bon led the way for Malicious. Going into the half, Malicious had a narrow two-possession lead, but Flags to Riches is known for making big comebacks. But Reth made sure that Sunday was not going to be one of those days, as he threw a length of the field touchdown pass on the first play from scrimmage. Malicious didn't look back from there, cruising to victory.
