Fall Midcore Volleyball at First Baptist Mondays

Jack takes this week's POTW for providing amazing backup for his team, showing a positive attitude and drilling his opponents on his attacks. May I add, that he also just happens to be our youngest player on Monday nights. Although, you wouldn't know it with his skill set. He definitely keeps up with our more seasoned players! Also worth mentioning, Jack always knew the score, which we were all thankful for, as it is hard to keep track of with rally scoring. Way to be on top of it Jack! Great job!

The Defending Champions were on the ball as usual this week, with Amber leading the charge. Her hustle on the court is always on, and her ability to laugh off her mistakes make her a fun opponent and encouraging teammate! Consistent solid playing makes this girl a force to be reckoned with!

From her great passing, to her clean sets, Jen tears up the court week after week! Helping Hardwoodz gain a 2-1 victory over opponent Monkey Busters, Jen was a rockstar on the court, encouraging her team and working hard to keep the ball in play. Thanks some great defense and Jen's awesome setting, the offense was able to hit the ball and get the kills they needed to win the match!

This guy brought everything he had to the table in this game. Not a ball hit the ground without Gary wholeheartedly trying to dig it back up. Even with the first two games in the bag, Gary continued to put every ounce of energy he had into digging every kill. This is by far, the most dedication I've seen out on the court in a long time.
