Fall Midcore Volleyball in Ballard Tuesdays

Angelo didn't let the double header slow him down for one play during the opening night of the Fall Ballard league. He had numerous great kills and a positive attitude that led to a few wins and a really fun time for the ABC's and both of their opponents. Great job Angelo!

Audrey had a great night helping team Google win all 3 of their games Tuesday night! She had some really solid serves, having a 7 serve stretch in game 2 to help their team take the lead. Audrey really showed us they have more than just computer science skills on team Google. Her hits, digs, and well-placed tips all helped them bring home the W! Great work Audrey!

Dana takes this weeks Player of the Week award! She plays consistently week after week for That's What She Said with solid serves, great hits, and smart plays. She is never afraid to lay out on the floor for a ball (That's what she said.) and her barrel rolls are always graceful and fun to watch.

Sani earned this weeks Player of the Week status through some perfect digs and serves! That's What She Said was #1 going into the tournament this week and Sani helped keep them in the #1 spot.

This week my Player of the Week actually goes out to the Liquid Courage team for having such great sportsmanship and for coming out each week all season to have fun. Although they took 3rd overall in the tournament, they took the #1 Team, Google, to three games this week and the other 2 games they lost only by 2 points. Their team works really well together and they have really shown a lot of improvement over the course of the season.
