Diane is an amazing player. Not only is she looking for a boyfriend but she's looking out for her team and the win in the sand. Tonight she was diving and reaching for all the balls in order to compete in the first game of the season. Diane really pushed the limits and overcame the odds just to dominate as a player. She also always has a great smile and attitude on the court and is one of the players for Underdog you want to be around. Awesome job Diane. See you next week!

Our player of the week this week stood out with his ability to mix work and play. Brian Quinn is a killer on the court. With incredible dives, and perfect sets he helped bring his team closer to wins. He was always there for the ball, watching with an eagle-like attentiveness. He stayed vocal throughout the games, both cracking jokes, and calling balls. A good eye for when it's out, but knowing just when to swoop in and save the ball from a sandy demise. An incredible few games today David, keep it up!

Rachel Feaster
Our player of the week played so well her arm was dubbed, by her team, the "poner arm". Rachel Feaster demonstrated great form and the ability to direct the ball exactly where she wants it. Serving into the wind she was able to score the last few winning points of the final game. Fighting through an empty stomach she performed admirably on the court. Its awesome seeing how much fun you have on the court Rachel! See you next week.

Nate Bloss
His points in a single game on their own would be old enough to drink. Ace after ace after ace he scored 21 points in a row. With serves that soared through the air like the bald eagle his bandana represents. Nate Bloss came through this week with ball saving nose dives and serves that are the envy of the town. Helping pull of one of the most incredible series of wins I have ever seen. What an incredible way to spend a birthday. Hope it was everything you wanted it to be and more. See you next week!
