What a history these two teams have had! Its always fun to see such talented players go head to head with good sportsmanship and great Athleticism. This games excitement will be revered until the next championship. The outlook wasn't brilliant for Field my Balls as the first inning ended. They were down 4 runs and Shawn Kemp was not letting up. it wasn't until the 3rd that finally a run made it across. The battle ensued and for every run Field my Balls made Shawn Kemp answered right away! the bottom of the 7th came around and our 1st seeded team needed 3 to survive and 4 to win. The first runner went down and hopes dropped. But with one bunt there was a runner sitting sitting on second! the next kick filled the bases and it was looking good. With a sac fly in the air two runners crossed and with a base hit the score was tied. The momentum stopped quickly as a fly ball ended regular innings. Field my balls had momentum into the extra innings and held Kemp to no runs. With two great kicks there was a runner on 3rd and one out. Betty's bunt left home plate open and that's all she wrote. Field My Balls took back the Tittle! congrats y'all
