SIr Kicks Alot went up against a Purple Reign team on Tuesday that had given them their only loss on the season in a very close 7-8 game three weeks prior.
Purple Reign came into this game with some big momentum. They came into the game directly following a come from behind 8-7 win in the 8th inning of the semi-final feeling confident with a previous win over the 1 seed and a big time win moments before.
Sir Kicks Alot would take control early though, picking up 2 runs in the bottom of the first to take a quick and early lead. While Purple Reign would come back to tie the game at 2, Sir Kicks picked up 2 more runs quickly to put up a lead that they wouldn't relinquish as their defense held Purple Reign to just 3 runs overall to claim the coveted gold kickball.
