Arbornauts Start Off Season With 2 Wins
Team Trying To Recapture Their Fire
Once again Adam and his band of scrappy rebel fighters are facing some up hill odds and once again they have overcome those odds by playing some really strong yet delightful softball. From the start it was quite evident that they came on Sunday with winning on their minds. I don't know if Adam gave them all a pep talk prior but I can tell you this, you didn't want to be the opposing team on Sunday. They scored a combined 22 runs over 12 innings on the day and letting teams know that they can definitely run with the big dogs. Their defense is as tight as a drum and their hustle is second to none. Can't wait to see you guys in your next match up. It's always exciting to what you guys and gals get after it. Great wins on the day and congratulations for yet another season with Underdog.

Caps Off 2 Win Day
The Crows have been patiently waiting their turn for glory and it is not far away. I have seen this team's inaugural season and where they are now and they look like a team that is now destined for greatness. They have suffered through the dark times and are now primed to become one of the better teams in the league. They got two wins on Sunday which is a huge turn around from years past. It was very common to see them get beat up and lose two games in a day. No more. Those days are over and they pose a huge threat to any team who thinks that they are gonna come in and walk over the Crows. Great games Crows and congratulations for two solid wins.

Hermes' 2 Run Walk Off Jack Does It
In what has to be considered as one of the best games of the season, Arbornauts squared off with power house Pinehurst Pounders. The Pounders got out early on with a 5 run first inning and followed that up with 3 runs in the next while holding the Arbornauts to just 2 runs. From the look of things early on and how the game was progressing it looked like the ponders where on their way to another pounding of another helpless victim. Well, it started that way but it didn't turn out that way in the end. After the 4th inning the Arbornauts defense locked down and didn't give up a single run over the last 3 innings helping them get back into the game. They chipped away at the large lead with hit after hit and before you knew it, bottom of the 7th and down by only one run. With one out and one on Hermes steps into the box. One swing, deep center field, gone! Game over, drive safe, tip your waitress and we will see you next week.

Chico's Bail Bonds
Trey led his team to the Dahl league championship! He was a dominant force in the mound for all the games that they payed, his focus on the mound can only be compared to the likes of Nolan Ryan.
