Danielle was a rockstar on the serving line tonight. She had multiple aces and many other point winning serves. On top of that she kicked butt around the rest of the court as well with some great kills and awesome digs.

Tonight at Alki Austin True of Bumpsetit mistakenly showed up an hour before his team was scheduled to play. Lucky for team Kick Butts, Austin jumped in as a sub and kept the team from a near forfeit. With Austin's help, Kick Butts ended up taking home a win! Even though he wasn't playing with his team, he gave it his all. When it came time to play his 7:30 game, Austin was well warmed up and never gave up. There was many a diving save, and Austin was attentive and supportive when he was rotated out. Great job tonight!

Kristin, or Princess Peach, of the Wednesday Adventure Club, or Mario bros. came totally equipped with a pink tutu, a tiara, a pack 'o staches and a killer swing! With playoffs in the back of everyone's head, Mario bros came to play and save the princess, killing the serves and King Koopa all night long!

Adorned with dog tags and aviators, Wednesday Adventure Club continued their theme a week streak with Top Gun. Chris sported a tee shirt with "Maverick" written on the back, but he wasn't afraid to dig low, block high, or hit the ball hard. I'm certain their opponents were left saying, "holy shit, it's Maverick and Goose." The well themed team fought hard and pulled through with two wins! They felt the need...the need for speed.

Luis Antezana and the Monkey Lovers fought hard Wednesday night! Though this team is highly skilled, they showed that you can't make it to the finals on skill alone. Luis really showed what it means to be a good teammate. Constant words of encouragement and advice helped to get this team as far as they got. Well done!
