They say defense wins championships, and there's no better example to prove that than the championship game between That's Too Deep and the Melon Farmers. It was a close game until a pick-6 (endzone to endzone) turned the tide in the favor of That's too Deep.
These teams have a great history together, but this season That's too Deep had the Melon Farmers' number. The toppled them in the season opener, and cruised to victory in the championship game. The defense was relentless, coming up with a huge 4th down stand as well as the aforementioned pick 6. Hopefully both teams will be back in the winter to continue this rivalry!
