Winter Gentlemen's Flag Football at Seattle Center Saturdays

This weeks player of the week honors go to Zach Cooper. Zach had the field on lock-down on both offense and defense. Zach helped his team light up the scoreboard with 2 TD's against a tough defense. He also chipped in on defense slowing the opponent with a game ending INT that squashed the hopes of the opponent making a come-back! Great game Zach!

Adam H. had a stellar performance against a tough opponent in a nail biting game. With both offenses clicking and scoring rapidly the game went down to the final second of the game where Adam came up big. Needing a TD to pull with in 1 point, Adam caught a long pass in the endzone to keep hopes alive, then sealed the deal on the final play of the game. Boys Gone Wild needed 2 points to get the win, and the QB found Adam in the endzone for the 2 point conversion and a final 35 to 34 victory! Great game Adam!

This weeks player of the week goes to Cody N. and his smart play at the QB position. D*mn it's Cold Out Here played Blood, Sweat, and Beers in the championship game, and it was a solid contest to the end. Cody was able to throw 0 INT's against a team who averages roughly 5 a game, and mad small precision throws to dissect the defense. Cody was also smart on his feet converting multiple first downs by rushing the ball, and keeping long drives alive in a great matchup! Cody earns this weeks player of the week, as well as league champ! Great game Cody!
