In the final game of the season it was the 7 seed against the 1 seed. Both teams stepped onto the field with the feeling they could win, but there was only room for one team to be crowned the champs. Repsonsible Kidz were coming off a solid performance the game before and riding the winning high, and ready for the next. Don't Come On My Base also waltz onto the field as the team to beat with the seasons best record. The game started off quick with the Kidz putting up 5 runs and lead after the first inning, but it was DCOMB who warmed up in the bottom of the second and hit through the order and took a 6 run lead and never looked back. With the final score ending 23 to 7 in favor of Don't Come On My Base, it was apparent why the champs record was so solid. Both teams had excellent performances throught he playoff bracket, but by the end of the night Don't Come On My Base made a few more hits, and left the field as the league champs. great seasons to both teams!
