Spring Co-ed Flag Football at Seattle Center Saturdays

It is with a heavy heart that The Statdog bids a fond farewell to Liz Nelson. When debating who is the best female player in Underdog right now, Nelson makes a strong case. Sadly, Saturday was her final game with Justice League, as she is moving on to bigger and better things. But Liz did not go quietly! Against the much improved Dairy Queen Bombers, Liz made three acrobatic catches, caught three touchdowns, and made key interception that spelled out the difference in a 29-26 barnburner. Underdog wishes you all the best, Liz!

This weeks player of the week goes to Brittney P. and her countless contributions to her teams win. Brittney was everywhere on the field creating havoc for the opponent. Brittney had lots of big gain catches, 2 of them were scoring plays of offense. On defense she also had 2 INT's and returned one of those for a touchdown. Great game Brittney!

The Suspects were in a tight spot. The score was close and the next play was a gender play. QB Bill had confidence in his skills to get the ball out to a female. Allison was open about 10 yards away from the Line of Scrimmage and made a great catch. But it was her YAC that was crazy. She turned and sprinted down the sideline for the score.
