Spring Gentlemen's Flag Football at Seattle Center Saturdays

In a game that had scoring that rivaled the Final Four, Look at Our Nice TD's came away with a 61-54 victory over Casian Grill. In the end, it was Justin Gaston who made the difference for the winning side, by catching the game winning touchdown pass. After that, Justin left in a blaze of glory, as his teammates saluted his early departure.

Too often, it's the offense that gets all the credit when a team is experiencing a high level of success. But it's usually defense that makes the difference for teams that consistently win football games. Adrian Sison knows that fact better than most. On Saturday, Adrian spent most of his time in the defensive backfield, harassing his opposing teams quarterback, on his way to three sacks, while the defense only gave up 6 points!

Since this is the weekend of the NFL draft, the Statdog thought it would be nice to compare former "Draft Steals" to current great Underdog Football players. The player that immediately comes to mind for many is Adam Guardipee, and his NFL counterpart, Rob Gronkowski. Adam has been a favorite target for quarterback Dominic Jones for many seasons, and Guardipee continually comes up with key catches when his QB needs him the most. This Saturday was no exception, as Adam caught two touchdowns in each of this teams two victories.
