Spring Co-ed Dodgeball at Wallingford Boys and Girls Club Thursdays

W/the game on the line, Angela, made an amazing catch to seal the deal for the Dodgefathers. Instead of flinching or diving out of the way of these bullets being thrown by the assassin of Our Balls Burn w/Desire, Staiger, planted her feet, stared her opponent down, and watched the ball right into her arms. You can't teach that WILL TO WIN! Way to go Angela!

Who can withstand a 6 on 1 showdown two times in a row? ...not too many dodgeballers. Now try 5 times in a row and that's what Tom faced in his 2 games of the night. But unlike most of us who would buckle under that intensity, Tom stood his ground, maintained his composure and managed to wear down his opponents to the point where all that was left most of time were just a few of em' just runnin on fumes. Tom is a true testiment to the human spirit of survival! Good luck trying to take this guy down!!!

Dodgeball has definitely found its master. Ellis Capehart of the Replacements is that master. He has taken his opponents to school w/his glove hands and accurate throws. But let's not forget what he does the best: Dodging! Ellis or Master Ellis as he should now be referred to as, is as good a dodger as Tom Cruise is flying his F-16 to escape those Russians...or Afghans....or Brazilians....or whoever they were fighting against in Top Gun....probably w/a little more style to go w/it. Great job out there, Ellis!!
